WHO ARE WE?

The delivery is detailed in a proposal after consultation, learning the Order to Cash process, Company Culture and Objectives, Challenges and KPIs. Our Collection Results are measured and are aligned with our client’s internals Key Performance Indicators and our collaboration helps improve these. The team is headed up by a qualified Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, and they assist clients by providing creditor representation at creditor meetings / decision procedures, ensuring their concerns are raised and to highlight any areas for enhanced dividends. The team also assists clients with technical queries, such as Retention of Title or reviewing proposals, and are willing to provide insolvency training when requested, all of which is part of the completely free service offered by the team and available to forum members.
